  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfers.

  • Orders will only be processed after payment verification (if prepaid).

  • Any additional bank or service charges are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect personal or payment information

  • Product unavailability

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through TCS, Leopards Courier, or other trusted services.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days within Pakistan.

  • Shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays or damages caused during transit.

6. Returns & Exchanges

In summary:

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for size or defect issues.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds are only issued in case of defective or wrong product shipment.
